His array of trainer certifications include: Chi Running/Walking, ACE, ISSA Youth Fitness, Post-Rehabilitation Specialist, Fitness Boxing and USAT Triathlon. Joel trains people for various events and he competes in endurance events as well. He is currently preparing for Triathlons in Korea and Kona Hawaii. joel@joefitnessworld.com

glenrodriguez.jpgGlenn Rodriguez is a NESTA (National Exercise and Strength Training Association) Certified Personal Trainer and Director of Mat Rats Wrestling, LLC.  He is the Middle and Upper School wrestling coach at the Allen-Stevenson School on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.  He is also a teacher of Physical Education at the Allen-Stevenson School, grades one through four.  Glenn has been teaching for thirteen years, and began coaching wrestling for the East Islip High School, Long Island, in 1989. He holds a brown belt in Kempo Karate, and was formerly the Wushu Kung Fu Assistant Instructor at the Ross School, East Hampton.

In addition to being a veteran of the sport, he is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
