Cancellation policy. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy.
For private training: Clients must cancel or reschedule in that time frame. Otherwise the full amount of the service will be billed. For workshops: A credit be issued minus a $25 administrative fee. Credit will expire one year from issue date. |
